that’s awful what she did to you! It doesn’t sound entirely legal what she did, going to extreme lengths and wasting police time. I know it could be a case of her word against yours, but could you get her a penalty for stunt like that?

Am I the only one to wonder if OP is actually abusive and that his ex actually had a case? ... I get that the system could be used by a GF to evict a BF when she's decided to move on. But it seems odd that GF would actually commit perjury to do this.
I actually wonder if OP is a stalker and was escorted away with a restraining order. The view that they are friends and false statements and police asking them to leave line up more with that scenario than with the confusing story presented.
