Today, I received a visit from a social worker. My son told his teacher I was starving him, all because I refused to let him eat pizza and ice cream for breakfast. FML

just so you know, OP, you do not have to let anyone into your home, including CPS. know your 4th Amendment rights: "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

when I was little the police and a social worker knocked at my door. the asked fir my cousin. my dad, knowing what was happening, asked to see a warrant. they said that if he didn't hand him over they would just take us all. my dad had no choice. I was taken and if it wernt for him than my mom may have not gotten us back. not enough people know about these amendments to enforce them.
