This happens with my stepdad and I a lot, especially after I had my daughter. We get a lot of dirty looks when we go out. People will assume things, drop these guys if they react like this.
YOU SERIOUSLY NEED TO LEARN HOW TO AVOID AMBIGUITY IN SITUATIONS LIKE THIS.
Don't worry OP, you're not alone. My dad is a year younger than my mom and they had my sister when they were 20 and 19. Whenever we go out anywhere, people think my dad is my mom's son and when it's just me and my dad, people think we're newly weds.
if this has happened to you twice, maybe theres a reason .....
Conclusion: You're dad is cool (the perks of having a baby while your young) ;))
I hope you have broken up quickly with both of the boys that flipped out on you. Flipping out in public and not even bothering to get the story is a fairly good sign of a controlling, abusive person.
so your boyfriend has never seen your dad??
Awkwaaaard
Your dad must be awesome good looking otherwise they wont react like that xD

While that is true, guys shouldn't flip out without getting the full story. I mean it's not like you were holding hands and making out with your dad, right? It's silly that they jump to conclusions so quickly.
Probably need to just drop them. If they are acting like that without listening to any explanation from you or your dad they are not gonna be worth your time. Good luck!
