I identify as lesbian, but found a man who... Things just clicked so well I gave it a try. Yeah some aspects took a little adjusting, but I discovered even though I am not attracted to men in general and even tend to have a ick response to seeing men naked, I find him attractive because the connection is there. Don't totally discount him being that one person that just breaks the rules for you. It can happen. If it makes you happy- go for it!
