Today, my boyfriend told me I had to get rid of my cats, or he would leave. He punched a hole in my wall when I told him I chose the cats. FML

Hmm I wonder if the grounds for the ultimatum suggest you are a crazy cat woman. You can buy a cat or scoop a stray out of the gutter any hour of the day but finding a human connection is a lot harder.

That isn't a good human connection if the person can't accept the things you love and tries to make you choose. Someone who makes you choose between two things you love doesn"t deserve to be in that person's life. Plus they have anger issues they need to sort out since they can't reel it in...having to punch walls. Pathetic really

GOOD FOR YOU!!! Anyone who makes a supposed loved one choose between an animal who is innocent of anything other than wanting love and companionship (Yes even cats for clarification to the haters), and their selfish asses deserves to be royally dumped. Put in a complaint with the cos about the hole in the wall. It could have been your face.
