Today, while interviewing for a job, I had to read over the physical requirements for the job. Later on, she asked me how flexible I was. Trying to keep a straight face, I told her I was more flexible while I was playing sports but could work on it if I need to. She was talking about work hours. FML

Today, at a job interview, my interviewer bent forward and I admired his ass. When he turned, I couldn't tell if he caught me or not. At the end of the interview he shook my hand in congratulations of getting the job, then said, "Yes, I do work out." I have to see him every day now. FML

Today, I was working my job checking people in at the gym. A sweaty, chubby woman came up to me complaining about how our staff seems so fit. I replied, "We like to hire people who have bodies that motivate our clients!" She gave a blank stare, then said, "So how did you get the job?" FML

Today, during a job interview, the interviewer asked me to "tell me a little about myself." Nervous, I started with, "Well, I was born at a very young age…" I'm pretty sure I won’t get the job. FML

Today, I went to a job interview, and the interviewer asked me to give an example of a time I went above and beyond for a customer. I proudly told him about the time I drove a customer home when their car broke down. The interviewer then asked me if I had any examples from a professional setting. FML

Today, I was told that I don't meet the minimum requirements for a job I applied for. I currently hold the same job, at the same facility, but just wanted a day shift. Apparently I'm not qualified for the job I've had for 2 and a half years. FML

Today, I was fixing something for a guy at a steel manufacturing company. His employees told me that their boss can't hear properly, so I'd have to be loud when talking to him. When I'd finished, he asked me if I normally talked like that, or if there was something wrong with me. FML

#12 "MISTAYX = MISTAKES" MY GOD...whoever gave kids the idea to sound out words and then spell them should be shot. Just like native English speakers who can't speak or spell worth a shit or follow simple grammar and punctuation rules. This goes for OP and 12 and any other idiot out there: Does the concept of THOUGHT register at all in your ******* blank minds? OP, 9 is probably right, if you are asked about flexibility at a JOB INTERVIEW, and you take the phrase literally, you are just plain stupid. You deserve this, but not the job.

Wow, #33, you must be a very angry person. Judging by the rest of #12's comment, I'm pretty sure (s)he knows how to spell, and that the "Everybody makes mistakes" part was a joke. They're lyrics to a song. Also, if you're going to rag on someone for their spelling and grammar, don't use commas as periods-- it's not proper grammar. Lastly, the OP made a pretty honest mistake, seeing as he had to read over the "physical requirements" for the job. So any reader can interpret it the way he or she feels. So, please, quit being so judgmental. It makes you look like a jackass.

why did you assume she was hitting on you? as a professional, i do think she would have atleast waited unitl after the interview, atleast i would hope a woman in a position of power would have the sense to do that, but come on dude, get over yourself. YDI
