Today, at the end of a night of heavy drinking, I thought it was a great idea to go off into a park with a friend of mine. We ended up fooling around in the park. Meanwhile, a couple of kids stole our clothes. We had to walk back to town with no clothes on. FML

What are you? Like 15? And why do you have to take off all your clothes to fool around? Still.. at least you were still drunk so naked streaking would be in your abilities to pull off.

ha ha, that's totally something that would happen to me, too! or like when you go streaking and smartasses take your clothes. Congrats for getting some, sorry about the stupid punks!! hope you didn't get arrested for public indecency.

Well lets see if I can sum this one up. #1 drank in excess Good. #2 ****** some chick Good. #3 Clothes Stolen Not Good. So overall a good night? meh, take the walk of shame, and do her some more when you get home

#17 sorry but that's really stupid...caffeine is a drug but I don't think you'd be chiding people for drinking diet coke...paracetamol is a drug but I'm pretty sure you'd take painkillers if you had a headache from being such a whiny idiot. Grow upppp.

any FML that starts with "Today, at the end of a long night of drinking" is an automatic YDI

why would you fool around and start taking off your clothes in public anyways?!

Are you sure you know what conforming is? Cause being naked in a DESERTED park means theres no one there. Which means there's no one else doing that....idiot.

As soon as I saw "after a night of heavy drinking", I automatically hit YDI.

wow. i kno u were drunk but i wouldve tried to get home. then u couldve done the same thing but yu'd have your clothes but @ least u had funn.

To be honest, whenever I read one of these that starts off with something like "after a night of heavy drinking," and ends with something.. unfortunate.. happening in public, I immediately stamp it as a YDI. I'm not against drinking, so people don't need to jump down my throat about it, but there is such a thing as being responsible about it. There is a line between drinking and getting smashed, like someone already mentioned above. And if it's going to go that far, then do it at home. I imagine the odds would then be less that you would end up doing something regretful (or potentially dangerous, though apparently not in this case) in public. Also, I don't see a reason to console people who get drunk in public for any reason. The people in the area were lucky that the OP apparently wasn't trying to drive a car or do something else equally dangerous. Putting yourself in danger is one thing (though still regrettable), but being a potentially uncontrollable danger to others is inexcusable. And having the life of a loved one taken away by someone who was drunk changes your perspective on a lot of things.

Thanks for the paragraph, bud. This is FML, not debate class.

Hey, I just go by the rules of the FML. If something outside of your control caused you misfortune, that's what an FML is. If by your own stupidity, carelessness or recklessness you brought misfortune onto yourself, that's a YDI. I highly doubt you were chained down with a funnel forced down your throat and vodka pouring down it.

you deffinately deserve it. don't get naked in public...nobody wants to see that
