From bad to worse

Today, I had an awful day and angrily threw a glass at the wall. Needless to say, I didn't feel like cleaning it up, and I took a nap, intending to do it later. I thought I would remember the bits of glass everywhere when I woke up. I didn't, but my feet soon did. FML

You might need to look into anger management if you throw things bc you had a bad day..

You deserve it OP. Being lazy is one thing but being lazy to the point of not cleaning up broken glass is another.

id I didnt want to clean it up then id have made a physical note to remember

Physical reminder such as glass in your foot? OP already did that...

I have thrown shit but its usually a cell phone.. now throwing glass out of anger and then not cleaning it up...that's just dumb.. so u deserve this one. but good job on not breaking something valuable.

Who does that? Punch a pillow instead. There's a lot less glass involved

Why would you throw a glass? It's a bitch to clean up. There can also be a lot of tiny pieces that you don't find at first, but find stuck in your foot later.

How can you expect anything but a YDI from this?

to everyone calling him immature, you don't know what happened to him at all, maybe he found out a love one passed away or his wife or girlfriend has been cheating on him you just don't know so try not to judge

The day was so very bad that the worst part of it was that he got glass in his foot. It doesn't sound like someone died.

Even when people die, you don't throw glass around. It's incredibly immature to throw things when you're angry, regardless of the situation. I highly doubt someone died based on the way the FML is worded, and typically, most people are more sad than angry when others pass away. If you must throw things, at least throw something that's not going to break, like a stress ball. What I don't understand is why, out of all the things OP could have thrown, did it have to be glass? That thing is a pain in the arse to clean up, it's so easy to miss tiny pieces, and glass manages to get everywhere.

Plastic cups might be better to use...or for your matter throw against the wall...or just not procrastinate cleaning...
