Today, I flew back home from out of state. When I got back to my house, my bed, furniture, and TV were gone. My girlfriend changed her number and I have no idea where she lives now. FML

Can't you find her through some mutual friends/acquaintances or something? Worst case scenario, you can call the police and tell them what happened and that you assume it was your (ex-)girlfriend, since she's disappeared too. Good luck :)

You have her old phone number so unless it was an untraceable prepaid phone the cops can get her SS# from the phone provider and track her that way, maybe. If and when you do find her punch her in the throat and quietly say "it kinda felt that that."
