#29 No, there's no direct link between hair pigmentation and stress, but scientists believe that the stress hormone may have an effect on premature graying. My grandpa is a work-a-holic, he's 61 and when he's working and busy and has lots of jobs to do (in construction), he's got his normal dark brown hair with a few greys thrown in. When he's not working or doesn't have enough jobs for a couple months, his hair gets an even more silvery sheen, like he's got more greys. I don't know how it happens, none of us do. It is extremely strange!

I keep everything trimmed close; personal preference. I have some grey on my chest. It's just part of life, folks. Even trimmed, you can tell some are grey. Embrace it and move on.

I'm fast approaching the salt and pepper look at 26. Don't feel bad, OP. Then again, I'm a dude, so it's generally considered more attractive than a woman with grey hair.
