Because "he does it every time we have sex and it always turns me off". That's a pretty good reason for OP to tell him it's not doing much for her.

I know how you feel... My boyfriend likes to shout things right before I finish and it's so off putting that I once got so frustrated that I yelled at him in the middle of sex to shut up. Similar reaction occurred.
