All I have to say is imagine the shitstorm of "dump him!" comments that would come if the situation was reversed. This is a huge violation of trust and something that would have me pissed for weeks. If not considering ending the relationship. "but it's a joke!" yet again. Imagine if it was the reverse. I don't think people would be so quick to laugh it off as a joke. Guys may be stereotypically more emotionally stoic. It doesn't mean that we don't feel embarassment and betrayal just as much. We're only unlikely to show it.

Depending on the state it's illegal to film or broadcast someone without their consent in public. It's definitely illegal to film someone in a place where they have a reasonable expectation of privacy basically everywhere. So if this comes back to bite him in the ass he could sue for damages.

I would have gone to the web cam and looked directly into it right before smashing it. that was a total bitch move on her part. I bet if he put her on a webcam for his friends she would have dumped him without a second thought.
