Hair care

Today, my shower is being renovated so I washed my hair in the kitchen sink. I put my two year-old son on the counter next to me so I could keep him close. As I was rinsing out my hair, my son started playing with the light switches. He flicked the garbage disposal by accident. FML

I always thought the actual cutty bit of the disposal was like, a metre under the sink, to avoid accidents. Is your hair seriously that long?

its not that far -_- have you ever looked in a GD?

Hey at least you can get a cute bob now

#28: Haha! That's what I was thinking. :-D OP: As others have said, you deserve it! If you have a two-year-old, then you should know they're going to play with things. If you wanted to make sure he wasn't messing with things, bring a playpen into the kitchen. Or stick him in a high chair *properly* strapped down!!!!! You never ever ever ever ever put a child on a counter when you aren't standing directly in front of him holding him in place making sure that he isn't about to fall and preventing him from touching things that could hurt him or others. It's common sense and it appears that you are seriously lacking in that department.

I would cry if that happened to me. I would sulk around the house being emo and all. With a hat on. FYL.

You are clearly and idiot for having a two year old on a counter why you cannot grab him quickly in case he falls. 2) YOU ARE AN IDIOT for thinking he wouldn't play with the things close to him

hahahahaha. #28 brilliant. YDI putting your two yr old on a counter without thinking of the risks (He could fall, graba knife out of a holder, GARBAGE DISPOSAL SWITCHES, etc)

Oh, #28, you win. But, anyway. Two year old on the counter? Bad. You should know better. And like others have said, your hair probably wasn't even in the disposal. Even worse, it could've scared the infant and made him fall off the counter. Then it'd be a true YDI.

am i the only person bothered that she tried washing her hair and not the rest of herself.. O_O eww!

You do know the kitchen sink is dirtier than your toilet, right? I could think of a few thousand better ways to wash your hair than by sticking it down the drain where your 2 year-old can slice it off. Words cannot describe how much you deserve this.
