Hair care

Today, my shower is being renovated so I washed my hair in the kitchen sink. I put my two year-old son on the counter next to me so I could keep him close. As I was rinsing out my hair, my son started playing with the light switches. He flicked the garbage disposal by accident. FML

cuz its long? its wet? it slides down there? ever washed your hair in the sink, you ignorant prevaricator?

I feel like whenever I read these comments, one person says something and then the rest of the comments are the same exact thing. Comment 1: OMG WHY WOULD YOU LEAVE YOUR KID ON THE COUNTER??!!!! Comment 2: OMG KID ON COUNTER?!!! Comment 3: OMG YDI KID ON COUNTER!!!?? Comment 4: OMG FYL COUNTER!!!! Comment 5: WTF IS WRONG WITH YOU?!! KID ON COUNTER?!!! This is why I pretty much got tired of reading FML comments, because they are all the same thing, repeated BS thats unrelated to the FML. I'm pretty sure she gets that she shouldn't have put her child on the counter.

Don't worry, women with short hair are the hottest thing on this planet. But come on really, DON'T leave your kid on the counter.

Wait #14. You think washing your own hair saves money? Do you go to a salon every time you wash your hair? Maybe going to the salon is just a girl thing, but when I want clean hair I usually just take a shower.

Most people have combined showers/tubs or just showers. For those commenting on her cutting her hair via the disposal she never said that. If you want to see what could have happened, and you have a garbage disposal, fill you sink with a few inches of water and turn on the disposal - The water will shoot up a few feet into the hair. This happened to a friend of mine who came to clean my dishes when i was unable to due to an aggravated case of carpal tunnel. He thought it was a light switch I guess and ended up with a mouthful of dirty dish water. The OP could be meaning that she had the sink full of water when the disposal was turned around, and then had to clean up shampooed water. To the OP, if you really put your child on the counter while you were rinsing your hair out in the sink you are too stupid to ever be left alone with a kid for as much as 1 second

hahaha that's terrible... but you know, there's safer places to put a 2 year old than on a counter. wtf? your hands are busy with your hair, and he could fall in just a second!

I thought you were gonna say something like: "Today, my shower is being renovated so I decided to wash my hair in the kitchen sink. I put my two year old son on the counter next to me so I could keep him close. As I was rinsing out my hair, my son fell off the counter and smashed his skull and is now suffering from severe brain damage. FML" lol
