Today, I found out that a water pipe at my work had burst over the weekend. There is absolutely no water in the building, including the bathrooms. It's a 9-hour day, and I took a laxative this morning before I came in. FML

Today, my work finally hired someone to replace some leaky pipes. I work in the basement by myself, and just as I walked under the newly-fixed pipes, I got soaked with what appeared to be water. Apparently it was connected to a toilet. My boss couldn't find a replacement, so they made me work covered in piss. FML

Today, I returned to work after a restful week-long holiday. Before I left, I'd finished a huge assignment which is due this week. I walk in to find a water pipe has burst just above my desk, flooding our office with water and ruining my computer. Happy New Year to me. FML

Today, I woke up to find that there has been a water main break in my neighborhood and there is no running water until the break is located and fixed. I had chili with beans late last night and it is wreaking havoc with my lower gastrointestinal tract, and the toilet won't flush. FML

Today, at work I had to spend 2 hours cleaning up stinky toilet water. Why? Because yesterday, I forgot to turn on the septic tank pumps. The tank overflowed, and so did all the toilets. My boss is not happy. FML

Today, my apartment building shut off our water for a short period of time because the pipes were being worked on. It was also the morning my dog had diarrhea on my cream carpet. Not only did I have to clean it up without water, I couldn't wash my hands afterward. FML

Today, I took a dump at work. When I went to flush the toilet, it clogged and began to overflow. I left the bathroom as it was and as I walked out, my boss came in. FML

Today, while using the bathroom I gave the toilet a courtesy flush, only for it to overflow and soak my pants. That would've been bad enough even if I hadn't been at work, with five hours left on my shift and no change of clothes. FML

Today, I'm the only one at work in a small office. The water tank sprung a leak. Guess who had to call the boss and get instructions via cell phone to turn it off? I can't even leave the office to change my soaked clothes, because I need to wait for an important phone call. Seven hours to go. FML

i'm by no means certain, but i'm pretty sure its probably illegal to make you work in a building that doenst have water and toliets...i may be wrong..but i do remember hearing something like that..atleast in the UK, but also..why would you take a laxative before you went to work?

Why would you take laxatives at all? Well that's just me. Besides it IS illigal to be forced, no matter where you live, to work in a building where there is no running water because of the poor hygiene, and everything it can cause

I suggest you go buy you a bucket with a tight-fittin' lid. Or mosey on out to the woods when nature calls. By the way, we're having record cold temps here in Texas, so there are lots of pipes freezing because we usually don't have to deal with such cold.

Taking laxatives first thing in the morning will not keep you from getting fat. Models and other people who take them to keep their weight down take them right around the time they eat, in hopes that the laxatives will kick in before their body has a chance to process the food they just ate.

Honestly, this seems more like the janitor's FML. You calmly shit and walk away while noone is watching the bathroom, later the janitor is the one having to work his ass off to clean it up.
