Honestly, OP doesn't sound that trustworthy if he's convinced this girl isn't marrying him only because he "accidentally" called her stupid once. And yes, if the spited lover is being totally honest about the fiance(something I wouldn't bet money on), then it's a shame this girl is marrying the guy (doubt them divorcing would make her date OP, who also sounds like a tool). However, I can't help wonder what got left out. Maybe the fiance had a bad point in his life, where he was an addict, but now has turned around and is trying to help others. Maybe he's a really nice guy, but is "general dick" to OP because OP won't stop flirting with the man's fiancee. This is a case where I'd really like to hear all sides.
