I'd say that you were the one who dodged a long prison sentence there, because that's probably what it would've felt like had you married her.
I would say to try and talk some sense in to her but I'm sure you've already tried. And us girls are stubborn as **** (I'm so sorry) Be as supportive as you can. And I agree with who ever said you should dance with the hottest bridesmaid!
Only few people (as can be seen) can truly understand a benevolent action like this.
Classic "Nice Guy Syndrome" we got here. Obviously he gives her something you couldn't.
Yup. A true nice guy would be worried about their friend being in a relationship with a potentially violent partner, but not focussing on feeling sorry for themselves because she didn't choose them.
How do you accidentally call someone stupid? O.o Regardless, if that's all it took to turn her away, you're better off OP.
Probably not "accidentally" so much as "in a temper."
How do you accidentally call someone "stupid"? It sure sounds like you're just really jealous and maybe overreacting on her fiancée's description... Calling her stupid maybe made you look like a "general dick" to her eyes.
FYL, but there's clearly something you're missing here. You're the stupid one for apparently even this long gone having no idea why your relationship wasn't working.
So you're interpreting her finding someone she wants to spend the rest of her life with as something to do with spiting you? Because you're so clearly irresistible it takes any rejection on her part to be an act of revenge? I get being invited to celebrate someone's relationship isn't great when you're less than happy about it, but sometimes you have to pick up your ball and move on with your life man.
Because it implies it? Saying she "chose" him over the op, saying the reason was because he "accidentally" called her stupid, which isn't an accident and she shouldn't even need a reason other than she doesn't feel the same way, he lists all bad qualities of the man in his opinion which we can't trust because he's obviously jealous, and the fact that she is getting married and he's here complaining about not getting her rather than sharing her joy.
Well with fiancée you had no chance to begin with...unless this is a typo...

Well clearly she's stupid
Sounds like she really is stupid then. Just dance with the hottest bridesmaid!
