Hate campaign

Today, I discovered that my supervisor has been submitting completed projects to our manager on time for everyone on the team but me. She has been deliberately making it appear as though I am weeks behind on my projects, when in reality I am one of the first ones done every month. FML

Document, document, document - take it all to HR and get that bitch fired. Then apply for her job.

That sucks. If you're younger and prettier than she is, she's probably jealous of you

Try and make sure others are involved and see what you actually get done when. Whatever you do, don't lash out directly. Just get as many people as you can to back you up and hope that the supervisor isn't sleeping with the boss.

that's really sad. I feel bad for you. tell someone maybe...

If possible, turn in your projects directly to your manager, and tell him he to see how long it takes before the supervisor turns it in (so don't tell her you already sent it to the manager). You'll have unbreakable proof that way

This. That's a much better idea. It takes care of everything, as long as your manager agrees to it.

well, take this into perspective, the OP could be a bitch too. and the supervisor was getting back at her. even if that is the case, the supervisor would be really immature for dealing for it that way

always turn in the project and ask for an acknowledgment in writing, date and time stamped!

Wow. I bet your boss is miserable and wants to drag everyone through the mud with her...err just you. I guess she just has something personal against you. Fyl :(.

Yes. Document. Open a email just to keep stuff in. Is her name Heather? She was a *****, but now she can't give it away.

Maybe you should talk to him about that. and always CC your manager a copy of anything you give to your supervisor just in case that happens.
