Help!

Today, I was shopping, and tried on a skirt that was a size smaller than usual, thinking that I would fit in. Not only did it not fit, neither I nor the sales assistant could get it off me, because the zip got stuck. She had to cut me out of it. FML

There's no way that's 1 size down, unless you're wearing too tight of clothing to begin with.

I feel bad for you op. but you should have tried on one that was your size first.

Then it was more than one size smaller than you should be wearing!

Not necessarily. The zipper got stuck. There are some clothes my size that I wouldn't be able to get out of if the zipper got stuck simply because of the style. Besides, hasn't everyone been able to put something on with only a little difficulty but had trouble taking it off?

Would this really be a FML of she simply got the zipper stuck? Pretty sure the point is that she was too big. Not brig mean, being realistic.. Sure she got cut out, but it wasn't her property, why would she give a ****? Lol xD

Guess you'll never be able to go back there, huh?

Ha! Imagine having to explain that to the sails lady. No worries though. It only adds character :)

Did you mean to write "sales" lady, or are you implying that OP is so large she needs a lady to make a skirt out of a sail? That would certainly be awkward to explain, but would add some character to her dress sense.

Why would you explain that to the sails lady? I'm sure she's too busy on her boat to hear about your clothing problems.

Oops!! My bad!! I meant SALES lady. Sorry! :(

Who says OP's fat? They could be like a size 7 and tried on a size 5 or something.

Zippers can get stuck on anyone! They can get stuck on bags too. Are you going to call a purse fat?

Women swoon when they find out my wallet's fat, why shouldn't I be able to call their purses fat?

one size smaller? are you sure?

I'll never understand other woman's urge to try and make clothes fit. If it doesn't fit, don't keep trying. Grab another size, and deal with it.

I assume it wasn't a male who helped you. That would be super awkward

"She had to cut me out of it." SHEEEEEEEE

One size obviously does not fit everyone

Aww honey! That sucks. I'm a size two and you taught me to never squeeze my butt into a zero!

Llamacod 11

aww honey, whilst I love that you're a size 2, catty, bitchy women will hate you for your size.

28 - Funny enough op never mentioned what size she was, so she TECHNICALLY could be a size 1 stuck in a zero.

Maybe OP started out at a zero when she was 17 too Alymartin. However, most of the girls I knew that started out that small, were at least 8s by 24, if not larger. I'd enjoy it while I could, because maybe that's how this happened, a small girl gained weight after officially hitting puberty and womanhood(not 17) and now has a skewed body view. I was a size zero at 18, and am size zero now at 28, in between I can't say the same---so there's always hope OP.

79 I'm fitter and a smaller size now that when I was a teenager. I'm petite so I'm lucky I guess but I went from a size four to a Size 2 or even 0. Our bodies change every few years but there are some changes we have control over. No reason to blow up and let it all hang out just because you're turning 30. (I'm 25 by the way).
