Help!

Today, I was shopping, and tried on a skirt that was a size smaller than usual, thinking that I would fit in. Not only did it not fit, neither I nor the sales assistant could get it off me, because the zip got stuck. She had to cut me out of it. FML

There's no way that's 1 size down, unless you're wearing too tight of clothing to begin with.

This is exactly why I love elastic.

It's not like you didn't have any warning that it didn't fit while you were putting it on. The skirt didn't just magically shrink after you zipped it up. If I have trouble getting pants up past my thighs, I immediately stop trying to get into them and go for the next size up, just to avoid a situation like this one.

It's sad that Some people say "fatso" or "fatty". Stop trying to make yourselves feel better by calling other people fat. Clothes that don't fit happens to girls who even weigh 80 pounds. I'm sorry this happened to you. Had to be embarrassing.

You probably should have tried on your actual size first. Then, if there was room, try a smaller size.

Thats what you get for naming you username after a burger

It's always better if you try on a bigger size first and then have to go to a smaller size. I can't imagine how you could get it on enough to even try to zip it without noticing it wouldn't fit though.
