Here I go again

Today, after I finally laid down from a long day and was about to fall asleep, I realized I forgot to set my alarm. I don't own an alarm clock and my alarm is on my phone. Which was in my car. I live on the 15th floor of an apartment building and our parking garage is across the street. FML

That's why you bring your phone wherever you go. Lesson learned.

~I agree entirely! My dam clock tells me if my dam has overflowed or if there is not enough water inside it.~

You should never leave a phone in your car unattended.

Always when entering or exiting your car check for 3 things. Keys, phone and wallet :)

I like to call it the 3 tap. Before I go inside I Tap my wallet, tap my phone and tap my keys. I'm actually horrible about my keys, hence the 3 tap system.

I have a similar system, but I check for my iPod, my phone, and my wallet while holding my keys. :) The "If the keys are in your hand, you can not be locked out." school of thought saves gas and money every day. XD

Lesson learned: Get an alarm clock. Bring your phone with you when you park your car, not just because you need the alarm but because you don't want someone breaking into your car and stealing your phone.

Get a rooster. You can't rely 100% on new-fangled technology, so always back it up with time-tested, old-fashioned wisdom. You could always use the eggs.

But, ummm... roosters don't lay eggs.

I was just checking to see if anyone was reading.

do you seriously not have any kitchen timers? idiot.

My phone is my kitchen timer. It's also my watch, camera and best friend.

That sounds like one hell of a walk.

If only they made a cell phone for you that was so large you would leave it in the house your troubles would be over. Maybe you should make it a habit to carry your phone in your pocket and charge it near the bed every night with a big note at your door "PHONE".
