Today, my boyfriend got mad at me and told me to untag him in a picture I posted of us on Facebook. Apparently his girl best friend saw the photo and got upset with him because he never told her about our relationship. She’s no longer speaking to him and he blames me. We’ve been dating for 7 months. FML

He’s trying to keep your relationship under wraps for her. Who the hell doesn’t update a best friend when they get into a relationship with someone else? Opposite sex or not. He obviously didn’t want her to know because he most likely has a thing for her or she has a thing for him. I would leave this relationship because you deserve someone who is proud to have you and show you off.

Sounds like your classic case of girl best friend secretly has crush and is now hurt because she didn't say anything and he started dating somebody, or she's a crazy control freak lol

He definitely has a crush on her, or he would have just told her he was dating someone. It's possible she has a crush but it's just as likely she was friendzoning him and then got upset when she found out he had found a (partial) way out. As soon as he's single again, she'll go right back to ignoring him. Either way OP needs to get the hell out.
