Some teachers are just idiots, actually, that applies to all people as well. But seriously, there seems to always be at least one teacher who doesn't understand that kids don't always do well in all areas and so that if they don't do well at their subject they must be rubbish at everything. Basically, forget about it and focus on important things.
Einstein said something like, if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree it will think it is stupid. how true. some people excel in everything. most excel in one or two things. still others may develop emotionally or intellectually after school is over.. or somewhere along the way. and there is the "tone" of the teacher as well. this one sounds condescending and ignorant, at least in regard to the OP. who could do well in a class like that?!
With your diploma
Aww good for you though OP.
