Today, I decided to treat myself to a pedicure ahead of my cousin's wedding. The woman doing my nails asked if I wanted my toe hairs trimmed. I was so taken aback and embarrassed that I said yes. They charged me extra. FML

No shame in having a little toe hair! I let them cut mine too when I get my pedi, but they don't charge me extra! That is a little much! Enjoy your pretty toes OP!

That's their way of making extra money. I go in and get my eyebrows waxed and they'll always ask "upper lip too?" Even though I don't have any hairs there at all. I take care of that myself. :P As far as your toes, now you're aware that you have a few that grow there, so snip them from now on.

The shaving I get, the plucking just sounds eye wateringly painful lol. Each to their own though I guess :)

I don't see why this is an fml. When the barber asks me if I want a shave too, I expect to be charged extra for the additional service. What did you think was going to happen?

Well you shouldn't really have to be embarassed for the reasons everyone's already stated but if you were, why didn't you trim them beforehand? You went there specifically to get your nails painted, you KNEW they were going to see your toes...can't help but feel a little foresight would've helped here.

My toes are really bad, with or without hair. So don't worry OP, just embrace it like I do and show off your foot to any stranger that passes by.

It is bad if you don't have toe hair. It means you have poor circulation.. Next time tell them to wax it it stays gone longer. So at least ya get your money's worth...
