The other dude must have seen it coming when he saw the cop's lights go on...he must have smiled instead of swearing...damn i'd like to have a job like this :p he's the man! Yes The man wasnt respecting the law but...guess what!? Who never did! Just tell me! Who said something like this a huge while ago? That the first dude who never sinned throw the first rock! Jesus rocks XD
Not exempt from punishment just because everyone else does it... I speed myself, but I agree with this cop. If I get busted, that's MY fault, not the cop's. Cop is just doing his job. That's like saying... if you were a cashier, and people could only write checks for over ten dollars in your store, you should allow some customer to write for over twenty dollars because that's what everybody wants to/tries to do. No. It's store policy. Doesn't matter what you think or what other people think, you need to be a good worker and follow the rules. And the rules say for this cop that he has to pull over speeding people. I'm actually more disappointed in the cops who let people get away with it, because it shows they have no respect for their job, submit to peer pressure ("everyone does it!"), and that probably when a big bust comes down and the person happens to be a friend, relative, a nice person, etc, they'd let them go (no resolve).
(god damn lag and time limits don't work together lol) And, I personally have to wonder... if the cop had pulled over someone else but still wasn't wearing his vest, would this guy have fined him? Basically, I'm thinking the guy was just out for revenge. Don't get me wrong though, the cop still deserves his fine for not having the vest on. They both deserve it simultaneously for breaking the law, not for doing their jobs, which in turn corrected each other... which is what makes this rather amusing.
**** pigs
I heard that exact story on the radio a couple of weeks ago

Yeah, God forbid he actually did his job. It's scum like you who think it's okay to break the law if it's "only a little."
Yeah I know. Totally. F*ck him for pulling someone over that was going over the speed limit. I hate when cops pull people over for breaking the law. What a c*ckhole of a policeman.
