Today, I'm in a situation where I'm in a relationship, but he doesn't talk to me at all. He love-bombed me at first, and now I'm not sure how to even talk to him. I hardly know anything about him. I wanna break up but we got together like two months ago. FML

If he is that disinterested in your happiness that he doesn't put effort into keeping channels of communication open, you have every right, and every obligation to yourself, to break up with him. It's not going to get any easier, you have already wasted 2 months of your life. Don't waste any more.

Seriously, just dump him and don't go out with anyone else until you've had a long, hard look at your self esteem issues. You sound fairly young so a period of genuine self reflection and a little mental renovation will make future relationships better for you.
