Not really a problem, he has a tongue and fingers (or fist if it's that loose ;) ), and you have a mouth, breasts, hands, anus, armpits, I'm sure you can both work something out that benefits you both.

Poor guy, I hope you weren't mean when trying to explain it to him, maybe you guys just aren't the right fit if he's always limp when you go to have sex, he's just not getting excited for some reason, try and figure out why.
