I'm willing to bet that a good amount of people in here who are like "You obviously need it stop being ungrateful" would be really insulted if their own parents tricked them into therapy.

I'm thinking that if the OP's parents are arranging their Dr's visits then they are too young to decide if they need therapy or not....

You're not forced to stay there, you could have just said no and left if you didn't want it. It could have helped though, I know it did for me :)
