Today, my fifteen year-old son decided to tell his little five year-old sister that Santa isn't real. She now refuses to talk to any of us and thinks "her whole life is a lie". FML
I agree, your life sucks 46 547
You deserved it 6 952

Beating donkeys are considered animal abuse. Just sayin'.

Don't tell her about the Tooth Fairy or the Easter Bunny then. She may go rogue.

"And then you say well son if Santa is not real I guess you're not getting that Ipad" or whatever you be getting him for Christmas that he wants and show the receipt and item while he's in the car on the way to the store where you got it I bet he be quick to take back what he said to his sister then

Finding out Santa isn't real and that you've been lying to her won't hurt her. In fact, it will give her practice for when she finds out that God isn't real either.

Tell him that **** isn't real. He'll be the more heartbroken one.

Well maybe he will regret it when he gets nothing for Christmas for the next few years and she gets even more.

I'm with your son. I was pissed at my mom for lying to me for so long when I found out. I didn't enjoy the Santa lie enough to make up for the fact that I had been lied to.

Well, you /did/ like to her and breached her trust. How can she know what else you've told her that was complete fabrication now that she knows you're untrustworthy?

You should just fill up...I mean SANTA should just fill up his stocking with coal. No wait, coal's too expensive now, Santa should just put animal poop in it and leave a note saying that it's from the reindeer stalls. >:)

You should let her see The Truman Show...

tell her he's stuck in a virtual reality world called the matrix and everything see she's and everyone she knows isn't real.
