Start looking for a new job now. Maybe if you do well the job will be permanent. Good luck OP.
They should have been explicitly clear about that at the beginning of the interview process. I'm sorry, OP, you are currently working for manipulative assholes. Start looking for a new job immediately and be glad that you only have to deal with these people for two months. Honestly, good riddance.
Where was this stated before hand? That's quite unfair, sorry op.
on the upside u have chance to live a two months dream. and hopefully at the end they decide to make ur position permanent
I don't get why it easy advertised before hand that it's only temporary position, plus shouldn't the interview and guidelines of the job given hints to what was to be expected?

Experimental often becomes permanent if things go well. Just work hard and you may be kept on. Good luck OP.
Sounds like your temporary future boss likes hiding stuff in the fine print. Good luck finding another new job in the next two months.
