It's a mistake, high school's a bitch.
I thought that for a long time, but try college on for size.
They must think you're a know it all.
You should have stood up for yourself!
Don't worry about what people think. They should be smart enough to put the pieces together. I mean, like she'd actually be allowed to discuss you having an abortion with everyone.
It's high school. The only pieces they'll put together are the ones that cause the most drama. Even if she manages to convince half the class that it's because her dad is an OBGYN, the other half will still tell the rest of the school that OP got pregnant and had an abortion.
There was a time when people discussed things with one another and didn't just rush off to some authority figure to solve their non-problems for them. The nurse feels a simple connection to a student through a parent in a similar profession. That's perfectly normal and friendships form around those kinds of connections all the time. There's nothing to report to anyone here and you should be ashamed of yourself for suggesting it.
22 I agree with you, but I also think something needs to be done about an educator who can be so stupid and thoughtless. any teacher with half a brain should know of the social hazards kids have to endure, and singling out 1 student, ESPECIALLY when speaking about pregnancy and whatnot is just going to make op a giant target.
what do you see in the future madame Cartwright?? “i see, I seeee! commenting disabled on Sophie's FML!" will it be because of abortion arguments? “the spirits say YES"
wtf...
You should've made it clear to everyone that you know such things so well because your dad is a gynecologist...
Maybe the nurse was trying to score a date with your dad by trying to be nice to you :)
Since you're from UK I'm guessing you're still in yr9 or so if you're getting sex ed... in which case, FYL so much. She shouldn't have singled you out like that; hopefully I'm wrong and you're in Year 11 upwards, where people are a bit more mature and might listen to your explanations without giving you a cruel nickname or something. Ugh, school. Glad that shit hole is behind me.

Why would you be a vag expert just because your dad is?
Maybe you could've pointed that out during the lecture? still fyl though...
