Jam it in my ears

Today, my toddler found my daughter's recorder from third grade and figured out how to play the highest-pitched note. Of course, my daughter pulls out her trombone to have a jam session. And I'm out of Ibuprofen. FML

why don't you get them some real instruments if they enjoy playing. like a guitar or bass guitar, a flute, maybe a violin.

Recorders are real instruments. They're in orchestras and stuff and you can get different pitches...just because they're easy to pick up doesn't mean they're easy to master or aren't 'real'.

Well that's good because ibuprofen won't help with headaches...you need acetaminophen.

Funny cause last time I checked, ibuprofen was a pain reliever.

Not every painkiller works the same way for every person. Acetaminophen wouldn't do a thing for me in this situation unless I shoved the tablets in my ears.
