Try a bottle of Pinot Grigio, and invest in a good pair of noise-canceling headphones. :) Kudos on the talented kids. My son plays his guitar, while connected to his amp, pretty loudly at times. Sitting on the back deck with a glass of chilled Pinot Grigio is a good way to relax.

At least your children are interested in something truly life changing. Music is beautiful and provides good stimulation to the brain, especially in children. I would be overjoyed to hear that my kids were doing something so good for them.
