Junk in the trunk

Today, I noticed that my very expensive facial cleanser was almost out. I had moved in with my boyfriend recently, and questioned him, telling him "You don't have to use so much to wash your face. That's a $70 bottle." To which he responded, "Oh, that nice-smelling stuff? Yeah, I use that on my junk." FML

who the hell spends 70 dollars on one bottle of facial cleanser???

I sure plenty of people will shit on her for spending a lot of money on facial cleanser, but whatever. If she can afford it, then who cares. For people who aren't lucky to have a naturally good complexion, a higher quality product can sometimes make a difference. If she didn't use it and if her FML was about her boyfriend complaining about her acne or whatever, you'd be saying YDI for not taking care of her skin.

$70 for cleanser?? You gotta be kidding, right? YDI for buying it in the first place.

If u can't afford it don't buy it..... ? Duh.

YDI for wasting $70 on a facial cleanser. They are all the same, just advertised and packaged differently. I'm sure if you compared ingredients you would find something the same but cheaper. Your money is literally going down the drain. Soap is soap and your boyfriend doesn't know any better so he used it as such.

Who the **** spends 70 dollars on face wash? YDI. Go to a store, buy some facewash with blabla peroxyde in it. Get maybe 5-10% and believe me your face will be clear like the sun. Sulfric acid or whatever it's called doesn't work as well for acne.

I think you mean salicylic acid - sulfuric acid is highly caustic and would burn your skin off.

Is it bad that imagining someone using sulfuric acid on their face cracked me up? Only because I don't think it would ever happen...even if you didn't know what it was, the putrid smell would be enough for me to keep it away from my skin lol

Wow, the sulfuric acid mistake gave me a good laugh - not at the poster, but at the image of someone actually doing that...wow.

Well I guess it's not all bad then, eh? If the OP's boyfriend is representative of others in the population, then the first thing that matters IS the smell! Only after that does the actual ingredient or purpose matter. So as long as sulfuric acid smells bad, nobody'll be using it on their faces (or on their junk!) ;-)

i know some people that have really bad acne that no matter what they try the only thing that works ends up being exspensive like a "high end speccialy made for that type of acne" kind of thing... i myself use cheeper brands like clearasil in evenings and use a little bit of witch hazle in the morning.... very effective.... to all those peope who said ydi for having a boyfriend like that it prob didnt have he price on it and he prob was using it one day and thought " this smells good maby if i put it on there she will wanna give me head more often" or something along the lines of that... o n bloodthorn i get it... your just pissy cuz you dont have a girl and never will.... not with that attitude anyway lol 2 @ll x0x0x0x0x0

Well if you gave you boyfriend a little more attention below the belt you would have known.

This is a ******* shame on so many different levels I don't know where to start.. Wake up people, he is not deodorizing his junk, he is using her overpriced zit cream to JERK OFF!! OP: At $70 a bottle, it may be cheaper to pay a hooker to blow him than it is for him to use your 'cleanser'. Buy him some Vaseline and up the ante in the bedroom hun (at least you know his dick is clean)!

Make him replace it out of his money. Bet he switches to vaseline.
