Today, at work, I screamed, used one of my employees as a human shield, dove for cover, and cried. Why? A bat flew into my store. Bats scare me shitless. FML

I'm scared of bats too but this really did make me laugh. I think it was the human shield part.

LOL I can picture that!!! Hey, we all have our fears. A few years ago, a bat got into my house in the middle of the night, and my husband was at work so I was home alone. And the bedroom door didn't close. I had to prop six pairs of shoes against it to keep it from opening so the bat didn't get into the bedroom while I was trying to sleep. When I was half awake, I felt its wing graze my cheek. So I get it. Definitely not something you want to experience, bat phobia or not.
