The OP says he has a "thing" for pregnant women. That doesn't have to mean sex, just attraction. Also, it's quite possible for a pregnant woman to have sex. Not sure what the cutoff is, but my wife and I did that somewhere in the 2nd trimester. It's not like you're going to have a lumpy headed kid or something... A lot of guys can't go through a 9+ month dry spell.
