Late start

Today, I was planning on meeting my friend at the mall. She came late, and I was in the dressing room trying on a few things. When I came out to meet her, she looked at me oddly and said, "You shouldn't buy that, it looks terrible on you." Those were the clothes I came in. FML

#8: YOU get a life, seriously. STFU. Omfg, are y'all dumb? OP said her friend came LATE, idk about y'all but I don't have telepathic powers to know what my friends will wear. OP: That sucks, awww :/ Just buy something & wear it out of the store, if it really made you mad.

are you people stupid? her friend couldn't have known what she was wearing, she came late. and FYL to the op, but at least your friend's being honest. i wouldn't consider that bitchy, it means she's close enough to be open with you.

The comments are funnier and as for this FML perhaps being a repeat, it may or it may not. Nothing would make this situation a one in a lifetime ordeal.

oh my gosh, this happened to me except it was my mom whom I came into the store with, and I was wearing one of my favorite shirts.. I know how you feel ):

#69- I completely agree. Ridiculousness. #63- You are my hero. #62- I'm so amazed that you're a freshman, that's a huge accomplishment! Do people ever, like, ask you to do stuff?? Like, omg, you must be so totally smart! I wish I was you... really. haha... I wonder how many bitch remarks will come from this.

#8 is right - who cares what other people think of your clothes? They're just clothes. #51 - You win.

Another vapid friend FML? Where do you find somebody like your friend and why the hell would you hang out with them more than once?

I did this once...kind of. I was shopping with my friend and it was snowing outside so we had been in coats all day, and she came out of the dressing room in a shirt and a pair of pants. She was asking me how the pants looked, but I did not realize the shirt she had on was the one she had been wearing all day and I told her it could stand to be a little longer. At least you know you have a friend who is honest with you. Some people will tell you you look good in anything.

If she's really your friend, she already knows you dress like a slob, and she would have told you that a long time ago. You need a stylist and new friends.

Wow, wasn't there the friend's side of this story posted a few days ago?
