uh, i don't see how the manager telling a random drunk guy who is trying to take you home that he's your boyfriend. so what if he has no teeth and has BO? does him saying he's your boyfriend make it so he actually IS his boyfriend? no. your manager was being a great guy and doing you a favor of trying to get rid of an asshole. most people under the influence of alcohol don't think straight, and don't necessarily care if you tell him you have a boyfriend or not. they'll still persist. now, if said "boyfriend" is actually there, they're more likely to back off rather than risk getting in a fight. FYL for having some drunk guy trying to get you to come home with him, but YDI for being so ungrateful to your manager simply because you find him unattractive.
Thats what you get for lyin.
All you have to do is laugh WITH THEM!! I agree with #64- why can't you appreciate your boss? UNGREATFUL..
wherever your working you need to get the hell outta there

Who ******* cares? He was trying to stick up for you. Are your coworkers twelve?

He was probably trying to help you get rid of the guy. It's kinda rude that you would than act like it was just as bad as some drunk idiot.
Aww, geez, he was just trying to help you out, OP… but it sounds like you're just an ungrateful bitch. I would have thanked him and moved on.
