Today, my daughter asked to use my phone to find hers. Instead, she sent multiple messages to my boyfriend, trying to break up with him. When asked why she did it, she said it’s because she wants me to get back with her father. This would be somewhat understandable if she wasn’t 32 years-old. FML

Today, my daughter flew completely off the handle when she found out I have a girlfriend, and called me an unfaithful sinning bastard, who’s going to hell for cheating on her mother. Her mother's been dead for 20 years and this is the first time I’ve met a woman since then. FML

Today, it's my daughter’s 18th birthday. Today is also the day that my husband told me he’s leaving me for her, and he wants a divorce. When I threatened to press charges for potentially grooming her as a minor, he told me I don’t have a leg to stand on because, “She’s been at the age of consent anyway.” FML

Ummm 🤔🧐 SO MUCH TO UNPACK !!! What did ya expect ya dumbass 🤦‍♂️🙄🤬 That's messed up on so many levels and you can't even see why. Stop thinking with your little brain and maybe you can salvage your relationship with your daughter otherwise you are sacrificing it for a piece of ass. and this FML should be for your daughter about how she's losing a parent and her best friend of 12 years 😡 you need some serious help on the psychological level 🤮

So, doing the math, your daughter has been friends with this person since she was 9 years old. There are so many ways this can be ****** up. In any case, you don't deserve a violent text -- you deserve some good old-fashion IRL violence.

While I agree the daughter is justified for having such a reaction, I hope she had the same reaction for her "friend" as she did for her parent. Assuming they're both consenting adults, they're both at fault.
