Today, I went on my first date with a girl I have been infatuated with for months. At the restaurant, the waiter came while she was in the bathroom. I ordered steaks for both of us. Turns out, she is vegetarian, and doesn't like it when men are "overly aggressive." She called me a cow murderer. FML

Today, I went on a date with a great vegan guy in my class. We went to a vegi-restaurant, I dutifully ate all the meatless dishes, but he seemed pissed about something, and other diners kept giving me angry looks. After we left, I realised I'd worn my leather jacket to the date. FML

Today, a coworker invited me out for a date, totally out of the blue. I had no idea she liked me, but I did my best to impress. She ordered the most expensive steak on the menu, two bottles of wine, and eventually picked up and went home with our waiter. I got the bill. FML

Today, I spent hours cooking dinner for my date. When they arrived, they told me that I'd probably not paid much attention to their dating profile, as it clearly mentioned that they were vegan, and thus couldn't eat any of the food I'd prepared. FML

u never order for your date! it's ur first date how the hell do u think u know what she likes?even if it were me on that date, I love steak but I like to make my own decisions their couldve been something better on the menu

Never order steak for someone if they don't tell you specifically that's what they want. Even if she loved steak, you have no idea how she wants it cooked. If someone ordered me medium well steak when I always eat it medium rare, I'd send it back for being overcooked.

Well you do kinda deserve it. It's rude to order with out her and especilly to order for her. But at the same time she did over react with the whole cow murderer. In the end it probably wouldn't of worked out anyway if she would get mad everytime you ate meat.

Why would you order something without asking them? Don't! I wouldn't like it, and I agree with her. Say to the waitor "oh, can you come back later? My girlfriend is in the bathroom you see."
