Today, my boyfriend and I slept together. In the middle of the night, he saw my phone receiving a text from someone saying, "Hey baby, I missed you so much! I'm going to be visiting in a couple of days, hope to see you again, I love you!" He got mad and left my house. It was my dad in Ohio. FML

Today, I was using my dad's cell because I had broken mine. I was texting my boyfriend all day when my dad needed his phone back. I forgot to tell my boyfriend that my dad would be using the phone. My boyfriend then texted graphically what he wanted to do to my dad. FML

Today, I came back to my boyfriend's house where I've been staying to find all my things thrown outside, ruined, including my entire CD collection, textbooks and clothes cut up. All because I had left my phone there and had got a text from a guy saying, "Hi, how have you been?" FML

Today, I was at AT&T getting my phone fixed. At one point, the salesman said, "You should see this." It was a text message from some girl apologizing for sleeping with my boyfriend for the past four months, and telling me that they were moving him out of our apartment. FML

Somehow, a guy who, y'know, KNEW me when I was a baby, changed my diapers, etc. calling me "baby" is infinitely less creepy than one who wants to have sex with me. My father still seeing me as "baby", fine. My boyfriend? Now that one is creepy as hell, and it's equally creepy that so many people see that as a sexual nickname. Anyway. Boyfriends an insecure and doesn't respect your privacy. If he doesn't see the error of his ways (for snooping, not just overreacting), dump him.

That sucks.....But if you were gonna sleep with your boyfriend, then maybe you should've turned your phone off......Except, being twelve, I wouldn't know. And I think it's perfectly normal that her dad called her "baby". A lot of parents do that actually.......And exactly, like others have been saying, maybe her mom and dad were divorced? FYL and YDI.
