Today, I was being shown how to use a nail gun while applying for a job at a construction company. The instructor shot me in the arm with it. I didn't even get the job. FML

I agree here. I absolutely despise the litigious nature of some people, but this seems like one of those rare occasions in which it may be required. If only for medical expenses and the like... And the fact you probably can't apply for other jobs while you are being treated as well...
