don't work FOR family. tip 2: don't do things for your employer like that unless they have shown that they will reward the extra effort. Some places will quickly give you less oversight on how you work when you go above and beyond... other places view it as "just doing what they bought you for". learn the difference and don't muddy it with having family as a boss
