you don't have to be a nun to think tube tops are trashy and awful. they basically scream "I desperately want attention and the only way for me to get it is to show as much skin as possible because I have about as much personality as a dead rat"

some skirts can double up as a tube top. so no worries.
um this isnt a big deal, im sure tons of people purposely use tube tops as skirts or the other way around.

it wasn't a tube top then. there is a difference between a tube top and a strapless top. so you mistaked a skirt for a STRAPLESS top. and it's totally understandable, so not an FML. skirts work very nicely as tops sometimes.

How do you mistake a skirt for a tube top?
To #1: it can be really easy. esspecially these days where skirt can be mistaken for belts. And to OP, youre not from Burlington are you? Cause I saw someone wearing what was clearly a skirt as a top a few months ago...
