Because some of us don't throw out clothes after three months if there's nothing wrong with them? It doesn't matter how long you've had it. If it looks good, still fits, isn't ripped or stained--wear it! Heck, I still get compliments on clothes I bought four or five years ago. Edit: Unless you're being sarcastic and suggesting she wore it continuously. I suppose that makes sense too...

How do you mistake a skirt for a tube top?
To #1: it can be really easy. esspecially these days where skirt can be mistaken for belts. And to OP, youre not from Burlington are you? Cause I saw someone wearing what was clearly a skirt as a top a few months ago...
