YDI for wearing a tube top. Those things are disgusting. YDI for being Canadian and for not being able to tell the difference between a tube-top and a skirt.

To all the people out there saying "Skirts look great as tops!" or "If it looks good, go for it!"--no. Skirts are skirts, tops are tops. I don't wear my pants as scarves or my knickers as hats.

don't tops have different hangers than bottoms? From my shopping experiences, skirts are usually on the clip-on hangers and tops even the strapless ones (they usually have these plastic straps that arent meant to be worn, but just there so they can hang onto the hangers) are on the usual ones.

No see what you do is reply with "I think the real question here is why have you been wearing a tube top as a skirt?" and then just walk away. Don't care as much what other people think and check clothes before you wear them from now on to make sure if they are shirts or bottoms. Easy solution and this is not an FML.

I've never felt such an urge to flame an FML as I have for this one... in fact, it's my first flame. Congrats. This is NOT in ANY WAY an FML! I have a tube-top that I NEVER wear as a top (I don't like tube tops) It's black and is a perfectly functional mini-skirt... Wow, you're stupid. Who freaking cares? You said you "loved" it. If you loved it you must have thought it looked good. As long as your boobies aren't popping out for all the children at the mall to see, who cares if it's intended to be a top or a skirt?
