Yea, the other comments are true in the essence of 'you cant ask her out by texting'. If you asked her in person, who knows? Body language etc, she might have gone out with you, at the very least, you wouldnt have been turned down TWICE!

I'd say no too if the guy texted me. And I'd do it twice, just cuz they deserve to be shot down twice if they're going to text you to ask you out. And to date no less, why not ask her out ON a date. This new technology age of children, they baffle me.
