I am sorry, but why on earth would you tolerate a virtually sexless marriage unless there is some medical or psychological problem?
I know a guy like OP, he's in the same situation, it's a loveless marriage with barely any sex, you know how sometimes you meet someone and they start opening up to you? That's what happened between us, he was always laughing and joking and little did I know how much deep shit he was/is actually in, anyway, he doesn't leave his wife because of the kids and he said he has no where else to go if he leaves her so he tolerates all the shit she puts him through, we can't say anything to OP until we know what's going on in his life.
Valid question, don't see why you're getting down votes. Feels like situation where the sunk cost fallacy is at play and there just hasn't been a singular breaking point bad enough to jump ship. I've been in bad relationships that should have ended month 3, but I kept trying to fix things until they finally imploded on month 6. Can't imagine what it's like to get the extended 3+ year version of that. Hope you figure it out, life is too short to be in a relationship that makes your existence miserable.
Have you tried talking to your wife? That's the best way of finding out what's going on in your relationship.
It's third pregnancy so you have had sex twice?
For the life of me, I have never been able to understand why people stay in sexless marriages. Dude, leave now or spend the rest of your life unhappy. Your future is in your hands and your hands alone.
