Today, at work, my buddy pulled up in his car. I handed him $40, and he handed me a bag. It must have looked like a drug deal, but he was actually just smuggling in the new Pokémon game for me. I'm 22, and a drug deal would probably have been less embarrassing to explain. FML

Today, my coworker paid me back the $15 I let him borrow and we shook hands. Later, I was called into my boss's office, where he threatened to fire me for doing a drug deal in front of customers. The police are getting involved. FML

Today, while waiting in line at Gamestop, another customer and the cashier started chatting about how Pokémon is for kids, and anyone over 10 who's into it is weird. Embarrassed, I put the new Pokémon game back on the shelf and snuck out of the store. FML

Today, someone left their drug bag on the table in the lounge at my place, probably a friend, and probably a mistake. The next minute the cops knock on the door and force their way in. Immediately the cop spots the drug bag and cuffs me. It wasn't even my bag. FML

Today, my boyfriend gave me a teddy bear. I thought it was a sweet thing to do, until I saw him open a slit in its back while visiting later in the day and removing a bag of weed. He gave me a teddy bear just so he could smuggle drugs past my parents. FML

Today, I hid my weed stash in a bag from an expensive jewellery store. My sister walked into my room, went "Ooh, what's this?" and grabbed the bag. I grabbed it back and ad-libbed that it was her Christmas gift. Now I actually have to buy her expensive jewellery. FML

Today, I was out shopping with my son and unbeknownst to me, he had secretly added a bunch of expensive games he wanted to the trolley. I was too embarrassed at the till to make a fuss as there was a huge line behind me. I watched as my normal £50 shopping bill climbed to over £400. FML

What's wrong with Pokemon? Especially the game. I find it hard to believe someone could actually enjoy something enough to buy it 'against the odds' and still be that embarassed by it. If you really enjoyed it you wouldn't care what other people think...either way, YDI for not only not being true to yourself but for being anything less than proud about playing Pokemon.

Well personally, I like that you can trade sooner, older gen Pokemon (Growlithe, Mareep, ect) are gotten in the game..(I don't know if you get them later in just Black or White, I stopped playing). So basically I like it more because I feel that the older Pokemon are better, and Nintendo let us have them this time around. Also, it takes place 2 years after the others. So yes, in a sense it's a new game. Different story :3 Timburr, Litwick, Gothita, Zebstrika: not Pokemon I want. Lol.
