Panic!

Today, I picked my baby up from my babysitter's house. As I was getting him ready for bed, I saw blood and immediately went into a panic, rushing to the hospital and trying to contact her to see if my baby fell and she didn't tell me. Turns out it was just hot Cheeto dust mixed with drool. FML

You wouldn't try to earn up the area to see how bad the "cut" was before driving to the hospital? That reaction seems a little extreme. Now that you know, maybe talk to your babysitter about cleaning up your child before you pick them up? And not exposing them to spicy foods at such a young age...

This is the kind of panic that makes humans so dangerous

Why not try to clean the area first? Could have saved a trip to the hospital.

The OP doesn't give an age, so when they say "my baby" I'm assuming infant or at least too young to speak. I have two questions 1) Why the heck wouldn't you use a tissue or something to try to find the wound before rushing to the hospital? 2) What kind of moron babysitter gives an infant (presumably) spicy Cheetos? Sounds like this person needs to find a new babysitter.

Overreacting is a sign of immaturity! You are obviously ill-equipped to be a parent! Your child has no hope! Please get fixed before you destroy any more lives!
